All CCSR providers manage their own profile of information. This includes information on your organisation and your care settings. You can display your key documentation e.g. latest inspection reports, statement of purpose and pricing plan. All at the click of a button.
You can add information on what type of care you can offer, as well as keeping the facilities you have available up to date. This means your settings will be included in the system and used to match your services to the right child.
Vacancies are visible to those looking for placements and finding a placement is carried out in a multitude of ways including issuing a framework tender, issuing a non-framework tender; and direct contact with the provider organisation or care settings.
Reports and dashboards will help you monitor effectively, and help provide the evidence base for future business planning. The provision of management information from the system will show you how often your offerings are being viewed by those seeking placements.
You have the tools to keep your information up-to-date. You and your team will have access to update the profiles for their organisation and care settings in real time. The CCSR team monitors and reviews core activity which is then ratified with CIW or OFSTED to meet a strict protocol of information management.
You have access to training user guides, support around using the system, technical advice and you can also request additional users (if required).
The friendly support team, including online and telephone support for all users is available from 09:00-16.30, Monday-Friday.
A new look ‘Individual Placement Matching (IPM)’ form includes:
Users can also track the status of their organisation’s IPM form submission from the tender detail page.
The ‘Emergency Dashboard’ will help facilitate same day or next day emergency searches.
Improvements have been shaped by feedback and suggestions from users as well as the valuable consultation from the Children's Commissioning Consortium Cymru (4Cs).
